Jeff Henry Biography

When asked about who his greatest motivator in life has been, Jeff Henry reflected upon the formative years of his childhood and dedicated that title to his father. His father built a life as an entrepreneur within the technology industry and taught Jeff the importance of family, grit, independence, and dedication. Jeff followed in his father’s footsteps and carried those lessons of perseverance with him into his career. Now, he is a serial entrepreneur and current owner of two prominent seven-figure businesses within the virtual and technology realms.

Now known as TEK Mogul on social media, Jeff began working in the corporate technology field at the young age of 19, installing high-speed Internet and cisco routers. He worked in thirty different assisted living facilities sites across the state of Texas, which proved to be a pivotal experience in his career. Jeff stepped into business ownership when he created his website design and development company when he was just 22 years old. Notably, when Apple launched its development program in 2008, he took advantage of the opportunity and began designing iPhone apps for business owners. He then spent the next ten years flexing his knowledge as a contracted Senior Business Analyst for several fortune 500 companies such as WellCare, Aetna, JPMorgan, Chase, and even PWC.

In 2015, Jeff partnered with his wife to launch their real estate investing business. They spent a year learning about the real estate industry and gathering the knowledge and expertise needed to build a successful foundation. It took time, but they knew that they were entering a competitive industry and needed to come prepared and educated. They closed their first deal in 2016 for just $1,000. Although it was a minimal amount, it was just the beginning of what would become an empire, allowing them to leave their high-paying 6 figure salary corporate careers into full entrepreneurship.

In addition, he is a coach and mentor at Real Advisors, to over 500+ students who are on the fast track to becoming victorious real estate investors themselves. Jeff testifies that one of his favorite aspects of his career is playing a role in teaching others how to become virtual moguls. Watching others learn how to live more freely by working less and making more money is very satisfying for him.
